Shipping & Returns
4.0 Goods will typically be dispatched from our warehouse on the same day for orders placed before 10 am, and the next working day for orders placed after 10 am, provided that the items are available at the time of purchase. Please note that any estimated dispatch date is subject to change without notice.
4.2. We typically aim to deliver your goods within 2-3 working days after dispatch. This timeline is subject to the performance of the Courier Service (DHL) at the time. Tracking becomes available once your item reaches the sorting depot, and it may take up to 12-24 hours for the tracking information to update.
4.3. Your order may be delivered in multiple shipments.
4.5. We will deliver the goods to the address you provide when placing your order. If the value of the order is greater than £25, a signature from someone over 18 years old will be required upon delivery, usually between 9:00am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery during these times. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage if you request the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.
4.7. You are responsible for disposing of the packing materials.
4.8. If there is no one available to accept the order on the scheduled delivery date, the goods may be returned to the Wearhouse, and we reserve the right to charge an additional re-delivery fee.
4.9.If you change the delivery address after the goods have been dispatched, we may need to charge you for the extra fees incurred by our carriers to redirect the delivery.
4.10. Please check the items upon delivery. Notify the delivery driver or us within 24-48 hours about any missing or damaged items.
4.11. If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly. 4.12. Carriage charges will be displayed after entering your postcode to estimate postage costs. (We do not offer worldwide shipping.)
4.13. Deliveries will be made to a ground floor entrance only, provided that there is reasonable access for the safe and prompt delivery of the goods. Please inform us of any special delivery requirements or conditions when placing your order.
4.14. Sometimes, due to reasons beyond our control, we may be unable to deliver your goods as planned. These reasons include accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, or the default of our suppliers. We will make every effort to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. However, we cannot be held responsible if these events cause a delay or failure in delivering your goods.
4.15. We use DHL Tracked Shipping for delivery within 2-3 working days. Please note that tracking information will only be available 12-24 hours after purchase and will be sent to the email used to place the order.
